7. Non-Personal Data Collected
Data that does not qualify as Personal Data because it cannot be used to contact or identify you (“Non-Personal Data”) may also be collected automatically. For example, GFLAI and its business partners may use technology to automatically collect non-personal data about the use of the GFLAI Site. This technology is used to track how many users access the Site, the date and time of their visit, the length of their stay, and what pages they view. We may also use technology to determine which web browsers you use. The information collected using this technology does not personally identify any user and is thus non-personal data that enables GFLAI and its business partners to collect statistics about users and their use of the Site.
8. Third Party Advertising
We may use third-party advertising companies using non-personal data to display advertisements for us. These third parties may use cookies and action tags (also known as single-pixel GIFs) to measure advertising effectiveness. They may also use this technology to provide you with specialized or relevant advertising content and/or recommendations on the Site or on a third party website. Any information collected by these third parties through cookies and action tags is anonymous and does not contain any personal data.
9. What is a “third party ad network”?
Many banner advertisements displayed on web pages are not selected and delivered by the website visited by the consumer, but rather are selected and delivered by network advertising companies that manage and serve advertising for many unrelated websites. These companies are called “third party ad networks.” We may share non-personal data with third party advertising networks to improve the content and functionality of the Websites, deliver relevant advertising messages and measure advertising effectiveness, better understand our customers and markets, and improve our products and services. Authorized third party networks are contractually obligated to safeguard the non-personal data we transfer to them.
10. Do we use cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow it) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits, track ads, and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can provide better site experiences and tools in the future.
11. Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

If GFLAI is acquired by or merged with another entity, or all or certain of GFLAI’s assets are sold or otherwise transferred to another entity, GFLAI may disclose Personal Data to that entity.
